Development Manager
Sam is a Development Manager for Midland Atlantic Properties. Sam is responsible for the underwriting, coordination, and execution of development projects at Midland Atlantic. His previous experience includes working as a commercial real estate underwriter as well as having experience in industrial real estate development. Sam received his B.S. in Informatics from Indiana University. A resident of Fishers, Sam enjoys playing golf, fishing, and spending time outdoors.
