Midland Atlantic Properties is excited to announce the acquisition of the Ridgewood Farms shopping center in Roanoke, Virginia.    This property is the newest addition to the portfolio of the Midland Atlantic Properties and Olympus Capital partnership’s third investment fund. 

Ridgewood Farms shopping center is a Kroger-anchored neighborhood retail center.   The property is located in the Roanoke suburb of Salem on the highly trafficked Electric Road.  Kroger is the market’s dominant standard grocer and this store is very active.   Kroger has demonstrated its commitment to Ridgewood Farms with a fuel center development and in-store remodels.   The property also includes a complementary mix of tenant uses with national banners (Tuesday Morning and Workout Anytime) and numerous established local tenants (a staffing agency, a salon, and multiple restaurants). The shopping center is well located amongst the nearby upscale residential neighborhoods, the adjacent office buildings, and being directly across from a regional hospital.
