Midland Atlantic Properties Acquires Kroger Anchored Center in Little Rock, Arkansas
Midland Atlantic Properties is excited to announce the acquisition of the Colony West shopping center in Little Rock, Arkansas. This is the first acquisition of the Midland Atlantic Properties and Olympus Capital partnership’s third investment fund.
Colony West shopping center is a Kroger-anchored property. The shopping center has an infill location and is immediately adjacent to I-430. Kroger is the market’s dominant standard grocer and this Kroger store is very active. Trek Bicycles is the shopping center’s junior anchor and serves as a regional draw to the property. Other tenants of the shopping center include a Simmons Bank branch, State Farm Insurance, Great Clips, Rock City Running Store, Hungry Howie’s Pizza, and Senor Tequila restaurant. The shopping center services the neighborhood retail needs of the immediate population and its proximity to I-430 allows for easy access for others living throughout Little Rock.
