Sales & Leasing Associate
Alex Wendt joined our Indianapolis office in 2023 as a sales & leasing associate. Alex graduated from DePauw University with an Economics major & a Spanish minor. Prior to graduating, Alex interned with Thompson Thrift Development as a retail leasing associate. Alex’s internship ignited her passion for commercial real estate and upon graduating from DePauw, Alex joined Cushman & Wakefield as an associate broker on the Indianapolis retail team. Alex has experience representing national retailers such as Cost Plus World Market, Dogtopia, H & R Block, JPMorgan Chase, Penn Station, & Rainbow. Alex’s passion for retail, creativity and determination makes her an asset to our clients as well as our team.
